BY PLANE (from Venice – Marco Polo Airport)

Getting to the apartment from Marco Polo Airport is very easy.
You can choose between:

Private water taxi
The cost is about € 120.00 for up to 4 people, plus a supplement of € 10.00 per additional person, plus luggage cost to be defined.
It takes about 25/30 minutes to reach the apartment. You can easily find the water taxi at the airport exit.
The water taxi stop is “Teatro La Fenice – Corte Minelli”, just 150 meters from the apartment.
We recommend that you always ask for the price before boarding.

Alilaguna shuttle service (orange line – https://www.alilaguna.it/linee/linea-arancio)
The cost is € 15.00 per person. The journey takes about 55 minutes.
The stop is “Ponte di Rialto”, (5 minutes’ walk from the apartment).

Cancellation policies

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your reservation, the refund rules are as follows:

– 100% refund if canceled 15 days before arrival

– 50% refund if canceled between two weeks and one week before arrival

– no refund if canceled within one week of arrival

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is at the house address. A member of our team will show and explain all the features of the apartment. Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Later times are allowed with a small additional fee (see below). Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.

Late Check-in supplement

If you arrive after 8:00 pm, a supplement for Late Check-in of €25.00 is expected. After 10:00 pm an additional fee of €40.00. After 12:00 am, price to be defined upon agreement.

Tourist tax

Upon check-in, you will pay the municipal tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and duration of the stay. Payment must be made ONLY in cash.

No smoking and candle lighting

Guests are not permitted to smoke or light candles inside the homes.

Pets at home

Pets are not allowed in the house.

Cleaning of the house at the beginning and end of the stay

We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests arrive and after they leave.
