The apartment is very bright and features 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite and 1 with a laundry area. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, right in the historic center in the heart of Venice, in a typical and quiet residential area that is also full of shops, cafés, and restaurants along the charming Strada Nova.
It can accommodate 8 guests (+2) in a relaxed atmosphere for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Venice. The apartment has individually controlled air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary Netflix subscription available on all televisions. Sofas/daybeds, curtains, beds, and bedspreads are made with fine Venetian velvet fabrics.

1 welcoming and fully equipped kitchen/dining area, with visible Murano glass lighting. It includes a large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, kettle, toaster, American coffee machine, microwave, and a dining table that seats up to 10 people.
Upstairs:
The spacious third suite, “Nido dell’Oca” (The Goose’s Nest), also features high-quality wood-effect flooring and an ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable double bed and a beautiful hotel-style velvet daybed that can be converted into a large single bed if needed. Bright and with exposed wooden beams, it is finely furnished in traditional Venetian purple tones, with Venetian-inspired mirrors and lamps.

Getting to the apartment from Marco Polo Airport is very easy.

Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your reservation, the refund rules are as follows:
– 100% refund if canceled 15 days before arrival
– 50% refund if canceled between two weeks and one week before arrival
– no refund if canceled within one week of arrival
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at the house address. A member of our team will show and explain all the features of the apartment. Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Later times are allowed with a small additional fee (see below). Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.
Late Check-in supplement
If you arrive after 8:00 pm, a supplement for Late Check-in of €25.00 is expected. After 10:00 pm an additional fee of €40.00. After 12:00 am, price to be defined upon agreement.
Tourist tax
Upon check-in, you will pay the municipal tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and duration of the stay. Payment must be made ONLY in cash.
No smoking and candle lighting
Guests are not permitted to smoke or light candles inside the homes.
Pets at home
Pets are not allowed in the house.
